The low impact, user-defined motion lets members go from short to long strides, walking to running and climbing to lunging – spontaneously, just by moving the way they want to move. The Open Stride™ feature offers exercisers even more freedom of motion by allowing them to not only change their stride horizontally but also vertically.

Adaptive Motion with Open Stride™
Open Stride™ is a unique feature that allows exercisers to adjust their stride height from 6.8 to 10 inches (17 to 25 cm) and dynamically change their stride length from zero to 36 inches (0 to 91 cm), providing an infinite range of motion paths to engage several muscle groups. In addition, users can make their workout easier or harder by adjusting the resistance, there are 20 levels to choose from.
